🧠 1: AI Agents for Taxes
A product I haven't seen built yet:
An automated tax document collector and analyzer.
K1s, W2, 1099s, 1098, 1095-A, etc.
There are endless docs to gather during tax season and it can easily take hours organizing, sorting, and sharing with your CPA or filing it for yourself.

Tax season has officially ended.

🧠 2: Credit Card Points SaaS
Someone needs to create a SaaS product that helps people organize, understand, and use their credit card points and miles.
You'd connect your cards and would have a dashboard of where you're at and what you can do.
I'd pay for that.

A website called Mo Points charges $500/hour to give you actionable advice on how to spend credit card points.
People love it.
Take their ‘system’ and turn it into a SaaS tool.
🧠 3: Dump Trailer Rentals
Dump trailers for rent PLAYBOOK - a gold mine if played right! 💰🚀
This is what I’d do if I had to start all over again:
1. How much to rent out? Any price works! ($200-$150-$100) You get bank-payback in 1-2 days. Rest of the month = pure profit 🤑.
