š§ 3 Idea Thursday
Delphi for dating, automated product requests, mobile coffee carts
Every week, I spend dozens of hours searching for the best business ideas.
Here are my favorites this week!
š§ 1: Delphi š¤ Dating
Business idea: Relationship personal trainer.
If you want to get fit, you go see a personal trainer and they tell you what to do, how to do it, and they make sure you do it.
If you want to get in a relationship, we send you to a dating app. Thatās like trying to find a COO justā¦ twitter.com/i/web/status/1ā¦

Iām a spoken-for man, but the modern-day hell of online dating isnāt a distant memory.
Here are some truths:
Everyone HATES using dating apps and complains about how superficial they areā¦ but they work.
Online dating is a HUGE - 350M people use dating apps/sites
People will pay big bucks to find love - Hinge did almost $400M in revenue in 2023
Hereās the billion-dollar idea:
Create Delphi for dating.
Delphi is an AI product that creates a digital copy of you.
Using social media profiles, text messages, emails, internet search history, and other interests, you could leverage AI and create the perfect matchmaker.
Is this some Black Mirror shit? Yes. Do I think this is inevitable? Also yes.
A quick word from our sponsor:
Investor-ready Startup Financials
Last year, we helped companies raise $300M in venture capital. Next week, we are running a 1-week LIVE workshop that covers:
Financial modeling basics
How to forecast startup growth
Budgeting rounds of funding
š§ 2: Automated Product Requests
Another YC founder told us they browse their product's subreddit weekly for feedback
We automated it. Claude 3 now analyzes top posts and emails them a full report
It spots trends in user complaints and areas they can improve. Generating a formatted report with sources cited

Max just gave you the blueprint to an amazing side hustle.
Hereās what Iād do:
Enhance this data using GummySearch, Quora, and Facebook Groups.
Cold email these product requests to startups that just raised seed rounds. Hereās how to get that list.
They have money
Theyāre likely still trying to find product market fit
Offer to keep sending them these updates for $50/month
PS In the comment section he gives away the exact automation heās using to pull this off
š§ 3: Mobile Coffee Carts
I ā¤ļø this hustle:
Just spoke with the owner of this coffee stand.
He owns 4 of these trucks. Between the trailer and outfitting they cost $30-40k all-in
He charges $400/hour for a minimum of 2 hours per corporate events, weddings, etc.
