🧠 3 Idea Thursday

In partnership with

Every week, I spend dozens of hours searching for the best business ideas.

Here are my favorites this week!

🧠 1: Personal CRM 🤝 AI

There are 3 (shitty) businesses EVERY entrepreneur has started:

  1. Todo list app

  2. Dropshipping

  3. Personal CRMs

These ideas might still be terrible, but it’s worth taking a second look now that AI has entered the picture.

Having an AI search my network for hyper-specific criteria and give me matches would be a game-changer.

The closest competitor is Affinity - but it’s expensive.

Someone could build this in a weekend all off the back of ChatGPT.

A quick word from our sponsor:

Oh Sh*t You’re a Grown Up

Suddenly you’re being quizzed on things like 529 plans and backdoor Roth IRAs. It’s time to be responsible with your money. Advisor.com lets you compare expert financial advisors to make sure you are in good hands.

🧠 2: DTC Zyn

I’m young enough to know what Zyns are, but old enough not to get it - 30 is a weird age.

For those of you who aren’t hip like me, Zyn is a brand of nicotine pouch that has Gen Z’ers in a chokehold.

If you’re down to play in the ‘vice’ business space - this is a winner.

  • High repeat purchase rate (it’s literally an addictive substance)

  • Cheap to ship/warehouse

  • Capitalizing on a massive trend

🧠 3: Community Lead Gen Agency

Marketing within communities like Reddit and Facebook got me 1,000s of subscribers to Brainstorms.

Why don’t marketing agencies offer this service? It’s a bit ‘gray hat’ against most community’s guidelines.

But, if done correctly (and subtly), it works really, really well.

A stupid simple opportunity is to build a Community Marketing Agency and rake in cash.

That’s all for this week. Please leave me feedback and let me know what you think!
